Heat treatment:
It is annealed in the temperature range of 850-1050 ºC, then
annealed rapidly, and then cooled rapidly. 316 stainless steel can
not be hardened by heat treatment.
Inspection :
Factory supply inspection before shipment,sampling test( cut one
piece for you to test in our lab or some other lab like SGS TUV
which you trust )
you also could inspection of loading on the forwarder warehouse or
our Mill.
Welding
Excellent weldability by all standard fusion and resistance
methods, both with and without filler metals. Heavy welded sections
in Grade 316L 304 201 require post-weld annealing for maximum
corrosion resistance.
stainless steel is not generally weldable using oxyacetylene
welding methods.
Machining
Stainless steel tends to work harden if machined too quickly. For
this reason low speeds and constant feed rates are recommended.
Stainless steel is also easier to machine compared to stainless
steel due its lower carbon content.
Packing
cold rolled waterproof paper and steel strip reinforcement,one
package about 2 tons,Load in 20GP / 40GP
